Meet And Greet Procedure
FROM ORLANDO AIRPORT: FOR AIRPORT ARRIVALS, THE DRIVER WILL BE STANDING BY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ESCALATORS AT THE BAGGAGE CLAIM LEVEL HOLDING A MEET & GREET SIGN WITH THE PASSENGER’S NAME WRITTEN ON IT. SHOULD PASSENGERS HAVE ANY DIFFICULTY LOCATING THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT, THEY MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT OUR TOLL FREE #: 1(800) 258-1015. PASSENGERS MUST ALSO BE ADVISED THAT THEY MUST CONTACT US FOR ANY CHANGE IN THEIR TRAVEL PLANS AS SOON AS THAT CHANGE IS MADE.
FROM AREA HOTELS: DRIVER WILL BE OUTSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL. PASSENGERS MUST IDENTIFY THE DRIVER BY MAKING SURE HE HAS THEIR LAST NAME.
FROM ALL PORT CANAVERAL TERMINALS: PASSENGERS MUST CALL US AS SOON AS THEY HAVE BAGS IN HAND AND READY TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA OF THE CRUISE TERMINAL AND NOT BEFORE THAT
TIME. LOOK FOR A DRIVER WHO WILL BE STANDING BY HOLDING A SIGN WITH THE PASSENGER’S NAME WRITTEN ON IT. FOR DISNEY
CRUISE LINE: THE DRIVER WILL BE JUST OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL(LANES # 4 & 5). FOR ROYAL CARIBEAN AND CARNIVAL GLORY& DREAM:THE DRIVER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT OF MAIN TERMINAL EXIT. FOR CARNIVAL SENSATION: THE DRIVER WILL BE
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL( LOCATED ACROSS FROM MAIN TERMINAL EXIT) TO THE RIGHT ACROSS FROM RENTAL
CAR SHUTTLE PICK UP AREA.
LUGGAGE CAPACITY: FOR SEDANS & LIMOS: LUGGAGE SPACE IS LIMITED TO 4 FULL SIZE BAGS (NOT INTERNATIONAL SIZE) FOR SEDANS, 6 BAGS FOR LIMOS AND A COUPLE OF CARRY-ON’S SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
FOR VANS: 4-7 PASSENGER VANS: 8 BAGS. MAX. 8-10 PASSENGER VANS: 12 BAGS MAX. 11-12 PASSENGER VANS: 20 BAGS MAX. 13-14 PASSENGER VANS: 24 BAGS MAX.
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE LIMITS A COUPLE OF CARRY-ON’S CAN BE ACCOMMODATED AS WELL.
BUSES & MINI BUSES: LUGGAGE IS NEVER A PROBLEM IN THOSE VEHICLES.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Pre-payment via any credit card at time of booking(You'll be e-mailed a full itinerary, payment receipts, and driver "Meet & Greet" procedure a few minutes after booking). 48 hours minimum notice is required to cancel & receive a full refund.
NO SHOWS AT THE PICK UP LOCATION (AIRPORT, HOTEL, PORT CANAVERAL, ETC.) & A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION THAT IS LESS THAN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A FULL ONE WAY FARE CHARGE TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO GUARANTEE THIS RESERVATION.
