Travel Agent Registration Form

You are an integral part of our industry and we’d like reward you with a 10% commission for every reservation you make after the first service (5% commission will be paid on 1st time reservations at this time & no commission is paid on shared shuttle service). We want to partner with you and provide your clients with the best service we possibly can as we are fully aware that you reputation (and ours) may depend on it. You must have an active IATA/ARC/CLIA number to participate (subject to verification). Please take a moment to register.

When booking reservations for your clients please be sure to enter your IATA/ARC/CLIA number in the “Special Requests and Remarks” box on the reservation form so we can verify you.

If you’re paying for the service:
If you prefer to pay by agency check, please refer to our website rate tables to determine the total fare you need to send (You may call us if you need further assistance with our pricing).Here is how:
Take the 1 way fare, double it if round trip (or add appropriate fare for a different segment) and add 20% driver gratuity. Finally deduct 10% from the base fare(s) not including gratuities (i.e. no commission on gratuities). Example: $110 fare each way. If round trip: $220+20% tip ($44)= $264- $22(10% of $220)= $242 is the total due.

You can also pay via any credit card (A fax authorization form will be sent to fill out).
We must receive payment at least 2 weeks prior to first service date (30 days prior for buses & mini-buses).

If we’re sending you a commission:
A commission check will be issued shortly after the last day of service to the name and address we have on file for you.

We will e-mail you a confirmation within 48 hours and if you need us to e-mail your client as well just enter their e-mail address after yours separated by a comma in the e-mail box on the reservation form.

Registrations/Commissions are agent based and not agency based(i.e. multiple agents must register separately to participate). Please do not request information or price quotes through this form as they will not be answered. Thank you for taking the time to register and we look forward to working closely with you.
