HIGHLY recommend. This transportation service is a solid, reliable, and wonderful experience -- the real deal, and everything you would hope for and expect it to be. From start to finish, we were treated as VIPs...and we are not...we were just a family of 3 who wanted to start our Disney vacation off with reliable, experienced, and friendly service, in a nice vehicle reserved only for us. Yes, there are other services, but after research to help choose - and now experience with Ace Luxury - we got it right the first time. The web site for booking was easy to use, and they ask for all the regular, necessary information to ensure they can take care of you inside of what is typically an uncertain travel environment. The day prior, you receive a reminder notice, and the day-of you receive driver information (including a picture and cell number). Naturally, our first flight delayed, we had to re-book in the airport due to missing our connector. 3 hour delay...ouch. I called the ACE Luxury number to give them the new information, and they adjusted. Although not required, I also texted the driver's cell, and he appreciated it and ensured us we'd be taekn care of. Upon landing and during taxi to the gate, they ask that you contact the driver (who is stationed just outside the airport) to let them know you are down. This allows the driver to position the vehicle to a designated area at the terminal exit doorway, and for the driver to personally position at the designated meeting area. As we came down the escalator, there were several drivers from other services with signs out with names on them...our driver, Jonathan, stood out from all of them. He was well dressed, with a very nice electronic (large tablet) sign with our name on it, and a nice smile. He was absolutely friendly, engaging, concerned for any needs we had, and led us right outside to a Denali SUV...which, is a VERY nice vehicle. Luxurious ride. Jonathan was happy to answer any questions we had, and it was clear he had extensive knowledge. Of note: If Jonathan is an indicator, it is clear Ace Luxury is concerned with the skill of thier drivers...Jonathan drove very responsibly, seemed to always be aware of our surroundings, handled a brief heavy-rain downpour with ease, and reacted calmly when two other drivers were irresponsible in front of us. I appreciated his professionalism demeanor. As he dropped us off at Disney on that Sunday, he informed us he was already assigned to our departure on Thursday. Sure enough, we received the "day-prior" and "day-of" texts, and he arrived at the resort early - as we were - and we were happy to see him. Regardless of how your trip goes, Ace Luxury is a wonderful way to begin, and a peaceful and wonderful way to end any trip. Highly recommend.

We used Ace Luxury Transportation for round trip private transportation from Orlando Airport to Cocoa Beach. Both drivers were professional, safe drivers, and arrived ahead of schedule. I had peace of mind with the confirmations, and notifications that we received leading up to our scheduled transportation times; including the driver's contact information. I would definitely use Ace Luxury Transportation again.

Adam, our driver was awesome. He provided 2 booster seats for our little ones and played appropriate music for our trip from MCO to Art of Animation. Vehicle was impeccably clean.
