So there is a reason you see all the great reviews. We used them to go from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Great communication ahead of time-they actually alerted us that our flight number had been changed-and I had the name and number of our driver (Basem) before we left Boston. When we arrived the driver texted me and met us at our baggage claim. He grabbed our bags, engaged with our children, and got us loaded up into a Cadillac SUV. Smooth ride to the hotel, pointing things out along the way. Great experience. Hands down worth it. After a flight with two kids you just want to get where you’re going fast. These are the people who make it happen.

Excellent experience. Used Ace for a ride from our hotel, to the cruise terminal. Azeez showed up early and was very courteous. He even took a great picture of me and my friend. So happy they were part of our girl's trip experience.

We used Ace for transporting our party of 9 from the airport in Orlando to the cruise port and the return trip. They were easy to deal with start to finish. Two young children were in the group so they provided car seats. We wanted to move up our return trip by an hour. I contacted our driver after hours who immediately responded he would do his best. And he did. 100% will use again and would recommend to anyone else.
