Just to say thank you for your excellent service on our recent visit to Orlando – 10th Nov – 23rd Nov 08 our car was waiting for us on arrival at the airport – we had a very comfortable ride to our Hotel on International drive your driver was very pleasant and gave us some really useful information – we also has a courtesy call on Saturday 15th November 08 informing us that the driver might be a little late for our transfer Sunday 16th Nov 08 – ( but He did arrive on time ) our transfer to Port Canaveral was also very good and your driver very pleasant, and although we had booked a 9.30 pick up from the Cruise ship – and we disembarked earlier – we made a telephone call and our transport arrived – We were transferred to Boggy Creek for our airboat trip – which we thoroughly enjoyed – your driver again was excellent – once again we would like to thank you for your efficient service as this made our Holiday so much easier having such a reliable service – and we will recommend your company – to anyone that we know is coming out to Orlando.

Kudos Just a word to let you know how great our service was last week before and after our cruise. Our incoming flight was delayed from an 830pm arrival in Orlando to a 230am arrival. Jose was awesome and waiting at the baggage claim at 230am. It was so nice to see a smiling face after such a long day of travel. Celine was great too on the return trip to the airport. My wife, her two children, and my mom and her friend recently went on a cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral and we used your service to travel from Orlando International Airport to the RCCL pier. I have never used a private limo service so I was a bit apprehensive about using you guys but I’ll tell you what a great experience. Just like your letter stated as I got to the base of the escalator at the baggage area your driver was waiting for us with a large sign with my name on it, he helped us with our bags and within probably 15-20 minutes we were on our way. My wife felt like a celebrity. Our driver dropped us off right in front of the RCCL entrance building. Will I use your company again, absolutely. Will I tell others about your company, you bet. Joe Just a quick note to say thanks for such wonderful service. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about using a company that I had no knowledge of except the info on your website. Please tell your perspective customers to rest easy. The staff was so courteous, timely, and responsive. The whole experience was unbelievable. After meeting us at the airport and taking us to the our cruise line, the driver assured us of where they would be waiting on us upon our return. They were there at dockside prior to our departure from the ship. The whole experience with your company was just one thing we did not have to worry about.
