Good punctual service. We’ve used Ace on a few occasions and they are on top of everything. I receive comms and confirmations via phone and email, which helps me to manage our trips. There is one particular driver in our Orlando area that is exceptional, his name is Azeez. He always has a kind smile, is very friendly, polite and professional. He is not bothered by having to lug and store our luggage, so we happily take good care of him. On the other hand there is George, who we’ve had before in the port Canaveral port area. He is not friendly and seems annoyed by having to pick up our luggage to store it. Bottom line, service is very good, punctual, clean vehicles, safe drivers….if you don’t care who picks you up! To us, a friendly driver/service makes a difference in our experience with Ace and is important.

Normally never post reviews, and this one is NOT prompted/requested by the company, but I feel after traveling with kids and going through the planning process of picking the right company based on reviews, I have to post an extremely positive review. Will try to keep it simple: - Leading up to trip, many emails confirming the ride. Peace of mind knowing you haven't been forgotten after booking months prior. Chose not to be annoyed, instead made me feel better. - Getting driver contact days prior and reminded day-of was incredibly helpful and allowed us to connect ahead of time. - Driver Adam was a consummate professional, and will absolutely request him for the next booking. Super helpful all around, prompt, responsive, everything you'd want in a driver for your family. - Van was spotless, had boosters/car seats as requested, plenty of room. - Cost was around $260 I think from MCO to Hotel in Cocoa for a cruise. There were 6 adults, 4 kids, lots of bags. I wish I booked them for return but I forgot why I didn't at the time of planning. - 10/10, five stars, HIGHLY recommend for families looking for peace of mind to or from a cruise/airport. This is NOT an AI review!

Our experience with Ace Luxury Transportation was top notch. They communicated all the pick up information well ahead of time and confirmed our pickup at the Orlando Airport. Once we arrived the driver was in contact with us and we located him easily, retrieved our bags and were on our way to our resort. Adam was very professional and helpful during the process.
