Reserved online for our group of 6. They communicated with me a day before on what to expect. Then communication multiple times during the arrival day to confirm my pickup and driver which was very reassuring. It was fast and very easy, exactly what I was hoping for. If you want a fast, no hassle arrival and private transportation to your hotel, go with Ace!

Service exceeded our expectations! Driver was there at baggage claim when we arrived, excellent customer service, the van was super clean and the car seat!! Driver was excellent! I would recommend using Ace without a doubt!!

Affordable. Easy to book. Easy to find. Ace Transportation was fantastic for our group trip! We had a group of 14 people with lots of luggage and rented one 14-passenger Sprinter van. The service was seamless—our pickup from the Orlando airport was prompt, and when we needed an earlier pickup from our cruise, our driver, Adam, arrived even earlier than requested. He communicated clearly and frequently, making the entire experience stress-free. The vans were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. Highly recommend Ace Transportation for their professionalism, reliability, and top-notch service!

Super happy with my choice to go with ACE Lux. Need to get to Port Canaveral from MCO and back after a cruise. Adam and Pedro where both great. Will use them again if needed if the future.
